Recently, a set of vacuum suction device were sent to the drilling site which is used for the update of shale shaker on the oil drilling site.

                   

BZ vacuum suction device is a device working together with shale shakers to reduce drilling waste and recycle more drilling fluids.

A suction pan is installed under the last screen of shale shakers. A suction hose is connected with a vacuum device. Compressed air from the air compressor is required to create vacuum suction on the last screen, pulling additional fluid off the cuttings by 20%-30%. As a result, maximizing the volume of recovered drilling fluids and getting dryer cuttings. Saving money on drilling fluid and drilling waste management.

Data from drilling sites abroad show  about 150m³ additional drilling fluid was recovered by the BZ vacuum suction device in one well within 20 days, saved the cost of 25385 USD for waste treatment, and recovered drilling fluid valued at about 97323 USD.
