Disc three-phase separation: oil, water and solid slag are separated from the oil sludge which has solid content less than 3%. The oil content of the water separated by the disc separator is 500-1000PPM, and the water-solid content of the oil separated by the disc separator is less than or equal to 3%. The electric desalting system is a technical device which uses the principle of electric field to desalt and dehydrate salt-containing raw oil efficiently. The system is mainly composed of pretreatment unit, electric desalting unit, drainage system and electric control system. In the working process, the raw oil is pretreated to remove mechanical impurities, and then enters the electric desalting unit. Under the action of electric field, the tiny water droplets in the oil gather into larger water droplets due to polarization effect, and settle and separate with the help of gravity.
