BZ Mud Cleaner Characteristics Mud cleaner is a combination of desander, desilter and shale shaker.The space on the construction site is greatly saved by it’s compact structure and reasonable design. It is mainly used to remove harmful solids from drilling mud.Different models of desander can be selected according to customer requirements. there are the following models: BZQJ583-1S8N、BZQJ583-2S12N、BZQJ583-3S16N、BZQJ584-2S12N、BZQJ584-3S16N。The processing capacity is 120 m³/h, 240 m³/h, 360 m³/h. The overall structure is very compact, the design is reasonable, and the field space is greatly saved. It is mainly used in the treatment of harmful solid phase of drilling mud. Customers can match different quantities of cyclone according to different processing capacity. Crown cyclone is made of some special materials, polyurethane material, which has greatly improved wear resistance and corrosion resistance and extended service life. Moreover, the processing of materials can meet the needs of customers. The desanding cyclone is used to treat particles between 40 and 60 μm and the desilting cyclone is used to treat particles between 20 and 40 μm.
